The Ramboda Falls cascades majestically down in a step-by-step rock formation making for a magnificent view. The 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka, it crosses the main road and stands at 15m high.
The upper part of the falls can be reached by a short and easy climb up the mountain side where it forms a basin of clear cool water in which you can take a swim in refreshingly cold, fresh water. It is best to make this climb during the dry season as wet rocks make for a very slippery climb.
Distance to Ramboda Falls: 23.7 KM (1 HOUR AND 4 MINUTES DRIVE)
